Our challenge on each shoot is to try something new and capture something exclusive for you to cherish. Yours is simply to enjoy the experience and be delighted by the results. People of every age, shape and size come to us simply because they want an experience and photographs they will treasure forever. A hugely enjoyable part of the experience is your Equine Fashion Photoshoot. We gently guide you through your shoot so you will be posing like a star even if you've never had a professional portrait taken before. Start thinking about how you and your horse want to look. We normally start the shoot nice and casually in your favourite pair of jeans and top. This will help you relax in front of the camera. Then if you dare, you can slip into that favourite summer dress or your favourite ball gown; with an outfit change (or two) mixed in between. Those who dare to dress up do not regret it. Of course this photographic experience is also open to guys and their horses, we just swap the little black dress for a classic suit or black tie! Two weeks after your shoot you will be invited back to our studio near Ascot to see the results. This is normally where lots of laughing and crying takes place. We will play a show of our selected final edited images and creatively choose with you the best way to present them, either as mounted prints, frames, canvases or albums. The original definition of centaur comes from Greek mythology, and refers to a fabulous creature which appeared to the early Greeks as half horse and half human. Hence our name Centaur Photographic; a mythical creature with the fantastic powers of man and horse combined. What image better sums up the relationship for which we horse people strive? By using a variety of styles and techniques, this unity and connection is what we seek to convey in our pictures. We get to photograph the world's greatest Polo of which, amongst others Cartier International Polo and The Queen's Cup Polo are published in The Guards Yearbook and Ten Goal Magazine.
